Very good
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There were sufficient keys for us as we were a group of 7. The communication from the host was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were a good size for a large group. The apartment is well placed to enjoy the centre of Madrid on foot and close to the Metro.
Whilst the apartment is well maintained, the wooden floor, whilst beautiful is very creaky and can be disturbing. The second bathroom has a great shower but the toilet is very close to the wall.

Exceptional
Location, size and facilities were great. We are a family of 7 and had plenty of room. The second bathroom is ideal for smaller people and children.
Zero parking and it is difficult to stop to drop off your bags so plan accordingly. Public transportation is excellent in the neighborhood.
